Terms of Service

These terms are between Navior Tech, a sole proprietorship of Ajay Kumar, Room No. 7, RSB Tower, Mauli Baidban, Sector 80, Mohali, Punjab 140308, India ("we") and the brokerage that creates a BrokerBase account ("you"). The person who creates the account accepts them for the brokerage.

The service

BrokerBase is software for managing leads, listings, site visits and deals. We may improve or change features; we'll tell you in advance about changes that take something away.

Free trial and plans

  • New brokerages get a 15-day free trial with all features.
  • After the trial or a paid period ends, the account becomes read-only: you can see and download your data but not change it.
  • If the account isn't renewed within 90 days, or if you close it, your data is deleted.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the people you invite and what they do in your account.
  • You are the data fiduciary for your clients' data. You collect it lawfully, give the notices the law requires, and only message clients who agreed (for example, WhatsApp messages only to clients who ticked the box or told you they agree).
  • You don't use BrokerBase to send spam, to store data you have no right to, or to break any law, including the RERA and DPDP Acts.
  • You keep your sign-in details safe and tell us about any misuse.

Our responsibilities

We run the service with reasonable care, keep your data in India (except the emails we send, which go through Resend in the United States, and services you choose to connect, like WhatsApp), keep it secure, and handle your clients' data only as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.

Connected services

If you connect WhatsApp or Facebook, their own terms apply and Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp messages.

Payment

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from Settings → Plan. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where possible.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction.
