Deleting your data

If you're a client of a brokerage

Your details are held by the brokerage you dealt with. Ask them to delete your data: in BrokerBase they can delete a person, which removes their details, messages and documents straight away. If a deal was made, the deal amounts are kept for the brokerage's tax records without your name or contact details.

If you can't reach the brokerage, write to hello@navior.tech with the brokerage's name and your phone number, and we'll pass your request on and make sure it's handled.

If you shared details through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad

The form sent your answers to the brokerage that ran the ad. Ask that brokerage, or write to us as above, and your data will be deleted as described.

If you use BrokerBase

Owners can close the brokerage's account from Settings → Plan. Everything is deleted 90 days later (you can download your data until then). To delete your own user account, write to hello@navior.tech from your account's email address.
