Sub-processors

Draft for legal review. Last updated 2026-10-25.

These companies help us run BrokerBase. Each gets only the data it needs.

• Amazon Web Services (Mumbai, India): servers, file storage and receiving forwarded lead emails.
• Resend (United States): sending our emails (sign-in codes, invitations, account notices and the daily summary). It receives the recipient's email address and the email's content, and keeps a log of each email.
• Supabase (Mumbai, India): the database.
• MSG91 (India): sign-in codes by SMS (once enabled).
• Meta Platforms (outside India): WhatsApp messages and Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, only for brokerages that connect them.
• Ola Maps (India): locality search (only the text typed in the search box).

We'll update this page, and tell brokerage Owners, before adding a new one.
